Dear Green Meadow UMC:

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom all things were created, and in whom all things are possible.

As you are undoubtedly aware, we are unable to gather in corporate worship at Green Meadow United Methodist Church, which not only hinders our one-on-one fellowship but also disrupts a regular pattern of giving since the overwhelming majority of our support comes through the passing of the offering plate on Sunday morning.

Due to our being a small-membership church that is largely supported through the generosity of regular givers, during this time of disruption we encourage you to send your tithes and offerings on a weekly basis by sending a check through the U.S. mail  --- Green Meadow UMC Treasurer, 1633 Louisville Road, Alcoa, TN 37701 -- or take advantage of online giving that has been made available through the Holston Conference.

Holston Conference has been working with Brick River, our website company, to create a way for churches to give online at this Web address using either a credit card or debit card: https://holston-reg.brtapp.com/ChurchOffering

• Select Smoky Mountain District in the dropdown menu

• Select an amount and hit the blue button

• This whole process takes about 1 minute.

 
Holston Conference will pay all fees associated with online giving. This means 100% of your gift will go to Green Meadow United Methodist Church.
 
As of right now, the Conference is offering this to churches only while we are unable to gather due to the coronavirus pandemic.
